Middle School Hybrid Learning Program

The Chilliwack School District is offering a Hybrid Learning Program; blending online at home learning with in-class instruction.  Students will cover the complete BC curriculum and will need the support of an adult, home facilitator.  The expectations and rigour of this program are high.

  • is a program of choice for middle school students (Gr.6, 7, and 8).
  • students are connected to one school (Chilliwack Middle School or Vedder Middle School).
  • students attend in-class instruction two days per week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays), and experience remote learning three days per week.
  • requires a laptop (mic, camera, speakers) that is capable of online conferencing and a high-speed Internet connection.
  • requires parents to be responsible for transportation.
